Black Steel Pipes We are the manufacturers and exporters of Black Steel Pipes and ERW Black Steel Pipes.
Widely applicable for ordinary uses in water, gas, air & steam, Black Steel Pipes & Tubes, are utilized for gas distribution inside & outside the house & for hot water circular circulation in boiler systems. It is also used for line pipes in oil & petroleum industries, for water wells & for water, gas & sewage purposes. It is not used for potable water or drain waste or vent lines.
When Steel Pipe is forged, a black oxide scale forms on its surface to give it the finish. Because Steel is subject to rust & corrosion, the factory coats it with protective oil or black paint. Once the pipe is coated with paint, it will not rust for a long time & requires very less maintenance. It is sold in standard 21 feet length only.
Black Steel Pipes are cut & threaded to fit the job. Fittings for this type of pipe are of Black Malleable Cast Iron. They connect by screwing onto the threaded pipe, after applying a small amount of pipe joint compound on the threads. Larger diameter pipes are welded rather than threaded. Black steel pipe, is cut either with a heavy duty tube cutter or cutoff saw or by hacksaw.

For use in Water Wells and Sewage Purpose
We manufacture Black Steel tubes for a range of applications like Pipes for water, gas & sewerage, belt conveyors, water wells and Lancing Pipes for various automotive & industrial applications. These are available in various size and shapes based on the customers requirements. These tubes are natural corrosion resistant and hold functional durability, even in outdoor environments. Apart from preventing water corrosion, it is equally effective in dry, indoor environments.
